Gnidovec’s home of spiritual exercises at Mirenski Grad stands in the shelter of the karst plateau. Despite the close proximity of the settlement, the hill is away from busy roads and everyday hustle and bustle, which allows visitors to carefree walks in nature, conversations and spiritual deepening. The home allows visitors to larger events in a hall that can accommodate up to 200 people. In addition to the larger hall, there is also a smaller hall for conversations. The home has two additional rooms for smaller groups.

Completed groups can enjoy the delicacies of Graden cuisine, which offers home-made specialties and home-grown vegetables, in a dining room that can accommodate up to 100 people.

Miška Wines is located in the village of Erzelj.

Wine tastings are carried out in a well-kept tasting room, directly next to the wine cellar. In addition to visiting the cellar, guests can visit the vineyards or walk to the nearby hill Tabor (423m above sea level), one of the best starting points, the eye stretches from Nanos, across the Karst to the Gulf of Trieste, Trnovo plateau and all the way to the Italian Dolomites. Along with wines, we offer homemade cheeses and meats, freshly baked bread, and some other surprises. Tastings are led by family members. We want the guest to feel the specialty of Vipava wines and get to know and combine traditional Vipava cuisine, prepared according to old recipes and from home-made ingredients. Together with wine, he composes wonderful gourmet stories, with which he gets to know the winemaker, the geography and anecdotes of the place, individual wines and their matching.

Official records of our wine route date back to 1861. Most of the vineyards are on steep marl terraces that require a lot of manual labor and love. Love, knowledge, experience, and dedication to wine are shown in every bottle of our wines, among which a special place is occupied by “Zelen” and “Pinela”, indigenous Vipava varieties, and Rebula. From youthfully fresh to elegantly ripe – each wine impresses with its richness and uniqueness and a colorful range of flavors that develop with each sip.
