In December, we traditionally gather in Skrilje under the leadership of Andi Mamić and the wonderful locals, who organize a fantastic event each year—a 6-hour run along the Skrlanka circular path.

The 3rd UTVV Recce Skrlanka will take place on Independence and Unity Day, December 26, 2024. The event will begin at 8:30 a.m., with the run and hike starting at 9:00 a.m.

The tour lasts for 6 hours or can be adjusted based on each runner’s preference. The marked track is just under 6 km long, with a vertical climb of just over 300 m.

The main event area will be located in front of the elementary school in Skrilje, which will also serve as a refreshment checkpoint. At the highest point—by the spring—there will be a demonstration of traditional brandy-making, along with some light refreshments.

The local community of Skrilje will provide access to the changing rooms in the gym and will offer a hot meal.

To cover the organizational costs, voluntary contributions will be collected.
